The Central Government launched the Agneepath Scheme on the 14th of June 2022 for providing job facilities or recruitment to young aspirants for starting their careers in the Army field. Aspirants will be given the rank of soldiers in the military force. Agneepath Scheme 2023
Agneepath Scheme has been launched by the Government of India so that they will be able to save the training expenses spent on training the soldiers newly recruited to the military field. The soldiers will be selected for a tenure of 4 years and their salary will be upgraded and increased year by year.
The Central Government has launched the Agneepath Scheme for securing the interests of young aspirants who want to join the military or army force at a young age. Pension on the retirement of the soldiers will also be provided to them after the completion of 4 years of the job being a soldier in the military force.

Objectives Of Agneepath Scheme
The main objective of launching the Agneepath Scheme is to secure the interests of the citizens who want to start their career in the Indian Army Field at a young age but they can’t do so due to some implied parameters now the government has come up with a such scheme which will provide 100% recruitment to the youngsters for exploring their career in the army field.
Another objective of launching the Agneepath Scheme is to save the year-by-year Defence Budget which is spent on providing training to the newly recruited soldiers in the armed forces. The soldiers who have been recruited will be called or known as Agniveers. A target of covering around 46000 no. of soldiers in the army force has been fixed by the government.
Tenure Of Service
There are certain restrictions that have been fixed or set up by the central government on the tenure of the service for which the soldiers will be able to serve their post. The tenure of the soldier service has been kept for 4 years. After the completion of this tenure, some of them will get rejected and some of them will get accepted as permanent soldiers in the army force.
Salary Details
