This scholarship provides financial assistance to cover education expenses for both schooling and college. A total of 605 students have been selected as eligible beneficiaries to receive the scholarship funds.

The Horatio Alger Scholarship program, initiated with input from Horatio Alger Association members, offers four different scholarships to cater to the varying needs of students. Recipients of each specific scholarship will receive varying amounts based on their individual requirements. Additionally, students applying for this scholarship will have the opportunity to apply for other scholarships provided by the association.

The major objective of launching the Horatio Alger Scholarship is to provide scholarships to students covering 4 major categories as per the scholarships covered as subsidiary scholarship initiatives so that they will be able to tackle or resolve the great obstacles in their young lives. The students can apply before the last date for getting timely registration.

Another objective of launching the Horatio Alger Scholarship is to award the scholarship amount to such students who are a part or members of the Horatio Alger Association. This scholarship will cover around 4 kinds of scholarships for providing socio-economic welfare to the student community. One more mandatory instruction or guideline to be followed by the student for getting the scholarship amount while applying online for this scholarship is that the students will need to attend the National Scholars Conference in order to become recipients of the Horatio Alger Scholarship. Horatio Alger Scholarship Duration

The benefits of this scholarship are as follows:-

Students will be able to continue their studies without suffering from financial risks.
Students who are already part of the Horatio Alger Association will be given a greater advantage.
The citizens of America will be given a scholarship amount under the Horatio Alger Scholarship.
There are around 4 kinds of scholarships that will provide scholarship enrollment to the students.
For providing college admissions to students, the government has empanelled around 21 colleges as collegiate partners.
Students who have enrolled themselves under the State Scholarship will be offered an amount of $10,000.
An amount of up to $2,500 will be provided to the students who have registered themselves under the Career & Technical Scholarship for pursuing careers and studies in the technical fields.

The students residing in America country will be given scholarships.
There are 4 kinds of scholarships that have been launched as a subsidiary initiative.
Variable scholarship amounts will be provided to the student based on the scholarship plan undertaken by the student.
Students who want to continue their studies and career in technical or engineering will be given an amount of up to $2,500 under the Career & Technical Scholarship.
Around $245 Million has been disbursed by the government for awarding the students with the scholarship amount.
A scholarship amount of $10,000 will be provided to the students who registered themselves under the State Scholarships.

The student will need to apply online by 7th June 2022 for the State Scholarships.

Horatio Alger Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The applicants will need to follow the mentioned below eligibility criteria for getting online registration under this scholarship: –

State Scholarships	The student must be pursuing a BA degree on a full-time basis from the USA University holding an annual income of $55,000 while holding citizenship of America. The students will also need to secure a GPA of 2.0 and will need to carry out the co-circular activity.
Career & Technical Scholarship	The student must be a permanent resident of the US and must be pursuing a technical or engineering course or program. The student must have the age of 30 years.
Targeted Scholarship	The applicant must be a high school senior in the US University having an annual income of $55,000. The students will need to attain a minimum GPA of 2.0 to 3.4.
National Scholarship	The applicant must be a high school senior in the US University having an annual income of $55,000. The students will also need to secure a GPA of 2.0 and will need to carry out the co-circular activity.
