Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana
The Chief Minister of Bihar has launched the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana so that the girl students will be inspired or empowered the same for carrying out their studies till the completion of their UG degree. Further studies can also be taken by them but for this, they will need at least to start their basic studies.
Scholarship amounts will only be provided to the girl students of Bihar state offered under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana so that they will be able to carry out classes from 1st to UG degree without facing any financial instability. Students will be given scholarships to pursue on an annual basis. Sanitary pads will also be given or provided to them.

Objectives Of Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana
The major objective of launching the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana is to provide women encouragement or empowerment to the girl students so that they will be able to carry out their studies without lacking education funds. Students will not need to suffer from financial issues for getting paid their education fees because their education will be carried out with the help of scholarships.
Another objective of launching the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana is to provide rid of gender discrimination among the girl students by which they will also be able to aspire to higher or further studies the other boys may get access to. Each girl in Bihar state will be benefitted from this scheme.

Scholarship amounts will be awarded or granted to the girl students so that they will be able to carry out classes from 10th to 12th after getting some sort of financial help and support. For this, they will need to apply online for this scholarship. This scholarship will only be awarded to the girl students residing in the Bihar state. No other gender will be allowed to apply online.

Scholarship amounts will also be provided or granted to the girl students so that they will be enabled or empowered the same for pursuing or carrying out UG or Bachelor’s Degree in any course or discipline. This scholarship will only be awarded to the natives of Bihar state. The student will or must have to make sure that the student is a girl applicant. One can apply online before the last date.
Scholarship Amount
A scholarship amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be granted to the students.
