The School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh has launched the RTE MP Admission so that the according to the RTE Act, the students belonging to the age group of 6 to 14 will be able to carry out studies till the completion of 8th class for free of cost without paying any fees.

RTE MP Admission
For securing the interests of students belonging to the SC, ST, Vimukt Jatis, and PWD with 40% disability, RTE MP Admission has been launched so that they will be empowered for carrying out schooling from the recognized government schools after getting admission. Students will be able to get education free of cost without paying the fee structure.
Now the students will be able to carry out classes from nursery to class 8th after getting an online registration offered under the RTE MP Admission. This will secure their admission to the government school. The students will not be charged any nominal fees at the time of admission. The parents of students will need to complete the documentation formalities.

Objectives Of RTE MP Admission
The major objective of launching the RTE MP Admission is to provide admission to the students in the school to the pre-primary and primary classes free of cost without charging any fees to them. Students will not have to pay any education or admission fees at the time of getting admission till the completion of the 8th class.
Another objective of launching the RTE MP Admission is to bring education among the students belonging to the categories such as SC, ST, Vimukt Jatis, and PWD by which they will be able to carry out schooling without facing any kind of discrimination on the basis of their caste or category.

No Nominal Charges
It is mandatory for all the students and teachers and even the school to follow that they will not need to carry out nominal fees at the time of providing or getting admission to the government school. 25% Seat Reservation
There will be some form of reservation that will be reserved for the students so that they will be able to get admission to the school if they belong to the underprivileged categories. 25% of the seats will be reserved for the students who fall under the categories of underprivileged sections.
RTE MP Admission Selection Procedure
The selection procedure will be started while assigning an allocation letter to the student via an online lottery system with the use of SMS. Students who have received an SMS will need to download the Seat Allocation Letter between 31st March to 10th April 2023 by which the parents of students can admit their child to the school.

Annual Income Limit
The student’s annual income limit will be taken into consideration at the time of making a selection of the students.
