Students will be able to receive this fellowship amount for 5 years.

Another objective of launching the Swarnajayanti Fellowship is to provide a fellowship amount of Rs. 25,000/- every month to the students for the 5 years of duration so that they will not get upset in terms of financial stability for carrying out their research work. The student must have a Ph.D. degree in the Science/Engineering or Medicine field.
