Objectives Of Telangana Election Voter List

Supervision Authority

A proper mechanism will be followed for the supervision as well as the verification process. The BLO Supervisor will have to verify 5% of BLO’s Work and AERO shall verify 1% of BLO’s work. ERO shall also verify 10% of the forms which has been disposed of by each of the AEROs. After completing the verification process, the DEO has to submit the Scrutiny Report and Justification Report in each district.

Management Authority

For providing proper coordination or management between the services of CPF and election machinery a National Nodal Officer will be appointed at the apex level. Nodal Officer will serve as a single point contact for the Election Commission so that he/she will be able to service coordination and supervision the recording officer of his respective wing.

Final Publication Of Electoral Rolls

EROs will pass the final order for the final publication of the Electoral Rolls while keeping a list of inclusions and deletions during the Special Summary Revision. EROs will upload the Final Electoral Roll at the service voter portal in a database file. SMS will be sent to the Record Officers and Commanding Officers for informing them about the final publication of the Electoral Roll.
