The students will be able to receive the scholarship amounts on the basis of the transferral type that will be soon adopted by the scholarship selection body at the time of awarding the scholarship amounts to the students.

• This Policy applies to all financial aid and scholarships administered by the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
• The Policy shall be notified on the University website and other official publications.
• The Financial Aid Selection Committee includes the Registrar, Student Welfare Officer(s), and the Chief Finance Officer & Administrative Officer.
• Students with a gross family income of less than Rs 8,00,000 per annum are eligible for financial aid.
• The Legal Services Clinic nominates a Student Facilitator to assist the Committee and maintain confidentiality.
• Students must submit a Financial Aid Application Form before the deadline.
• In extreme unforeseen changes to the student’s financial situation, they may re-apply for financial aid by submitting a letter to the Committee.
• The percentage of financial aid is fixed upon admission and remains throughout the academic program.
• Students unable to submit financial documents must contact the Office of Student Affairs.
• The University ensures the confidentiality of all submitted documents.
• The Committee may request additional documents and conduct verifications during the assessment process.
• Applicants may be required to attend an interview for further clarification or assessment.
