Objectives Of DGP Sanctions Scholarship
The major or primary objective of launching the DGP Sanctions Scholarship is to award scholarship amounts to the police personnel who have excelled in their class 10th examination when they studied during the session 2022. The scholarship will be granted to every type of beneficiary whether it is a martyr, serving, or retired.
Another objective of launching the DGP Sanctions Scholarship is to pay tribute to the police personnel who have been martyrs at the time of carrying out war attacks. This scholarship will also be awarded to the serving or retired policemen in Jammu & Kashmir. Variable scholarships will be offered. Variable scholarships will be offered. On the basis of their previous year’s marks, the scholarships will be given.

This scholarship will be awarded to that applicant who has been listed in the beneficiary category. This scholarship will be awarded to the police personnel residing in the Jammu & Kashmir state who have also secured good marks in the examination of class 10th during the session 2022.

Features of DGP Sanctions Scholarship
The features of this scholarship are as follows:-
- The DGP of J&K Dilbag Singh has released the DGP Sanctions Scholarship.
- This scholarship will only be awarded to the J&K Police Personnel.
- Applicants will be given scholarships for securing 80% to 90% or more marks in the class 10th exam during the session 2022.
- The scholarship amount offered to the applicants will cover the major allowances.
- A scholarship amount of Rs. 6,000/- will be given to the students who have secured 90% or more marks.
