AP Scholarship 2024-25

The Andhra Pradesh Scholarship program, which encompasses 12 different subsidiary scholarship initiatives, was initiated with the active involvement of organizations like the Social Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh State Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation Limited, Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation, and Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation. A portion of the scholarships will be awarded to students each month, while the remainder will be given out once a year.

The AP Scholarship offers variable amounts to students from underrepresented groups, such as SC, ST, BC, PWD, and Kapu, based on their class or degree program. Applicants can apply online and receive full reimbursement of tuition fees contingent upon academic performance. Objectives Of Andhra Pradesh Scholarship

One of the main and primary objective of launching the AP Scholarship Scheme is to provide some sort of financial support or assistance among the students belonging to the economically weaker sections or minority communities such as Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes and others. Various scholarship initiatives have been covered under this AP scholarship.

Another objective of launching the Andhra Pradesh Scholarship is to provide variable scholarship amounts to the students for pursuing classes from 5^th to 12^th, UG to Ph.D. Degree and vocational courses. The benefits of this scholarship are as follows: –

• AP Scholarship will be provided to the students belonging to the reserved categories.
• Students will be able to get enrollment under anyone out of the 12 covered subsidiary scholarship initiatives.
• Some of the scholarships provided to the students will be based on monthly transferral and some of them will be on the basis of yearly basis.
• Fee reimbursement of tuition fees will be provided to the students studying in classes from 5^th to 10^th.
• Financial assistance of Rs. 800/- will be provided to the students of classes from 9^th & 10^th belonging to the minority communities.
• Toppers of classes from 10^th to PG degrees will be given financial assistance of Rs. 7500/- to Rs. 20,000/-.
