The major objective of launching the Extramarks Young Scholars Exam is to provide scholarship amounts offered to the students in the form of financial help and support so that the students who want to become Engineer or Doctors after passing their pre or post-matric classes will be able to become so with the help of scholarship amounts provided to them.

Another objective of launching the Extramarks Young Scholars Exam is to provide a scholarship amount of Rs. 1.5 lakhs to Rs. 1.20 lakhs who have cleared and qualified for the exam of Extramarks Young Scholars. The top 3 students who have secured the top 3 ranks out of the whole class will be given the scholarship amounts.
