e Kalyan Scholarship Jharkhand

There are about 3 smaller scholarship programs that have been created as part of the Jharkhand E Kalyan Scholarship. This is to help students from reserved categories like ST, SC, and BC attend pre- and post-matric classes with the scholarship money they receive. To be eligible, the student’s family income should be between Rs. 1.50 lakhs to Rs. 2.50 lakhs annually.

Objectives Of e-Kalyan Scholarship 

The primary objective of launching the Jharkhand E Kalyan Scholarship is to provide financial stability to the students to students belonging to underprivileged communities so that they will be able to continue their studies without suffering from financial issues. The students will not need to leave out their studies. The students can apply online before the last date.

Another objective of launching the e-Kalyan Scholarship is to award meritorious students belonging to the categories of SC, ST, OBC and BC so that they will be able to explore some educational opportunities for themselves after passing their post-matric classes. 3 types of scholarships have been launched by the Jharkhand State Authorities.

• Those students who have registered already on the e-Kalyan scholarship portal will not need to register again on the portal for getting enrollment under any one of the launched scholarship schemes. 
• The previously registered applicant can get the login by entering his/her existing user ID and Password. 

Ineligible Beneficiaries 

The following mentioned category will be considered ineligible for applying under this scholarship: –

• Applicants who don’t belong to the categories of SC/ST/OBC/BC. 
• SC Students who have an annual income of more than Rs. 2.50/- lakhs.
