Objectives Of UPES Dehradun Shakti Scholarship
The major objective of launching the UPES Dehradun Shakti Scholarship is to provide women empowerment so that the girl or females will be able to excel in the education field after getting the scholarship amounts. The students will be given a 30% fee waiver. Students will be offered fields such as engineering, computer science, law, health science, media, business, design, and liberal studies to apply.
Another objective of launching the UPES Dehradun Shakti Scholarship is to provide scholarships to female students from major states such as Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Maharashtra, and Jharkhand, etc. so that they will be able to pursue higher courses from UPES with the help of scholarships. A target of covering 6000 students have been set up by the UPES.

The students will not be given any monetary benefit or money in the form of scholarship amounts rather and the selected girl or female students to the UPES will be given a 30% fee waiver on admission to offered fields. The students will get some form of a discount on the course fees payable to the university.
Required Marks
The students will need to secure the required marks or scores in order to be considered eligible in order to get the scholarship amounts. The students will need to secure at least 60% marks in their exams.
