The Mizoram Scholarship program has been launched through collaboration between the Mizoram Government and the Central Government. Objectives Of Mizoram Scholarship
The major objective of launching the Mizoram Scholarship is to provide proper educational opportunities to students suffering from a lack of monetary funds due to which they are not able to fulfill their dreams of pursuing a higher course of study. With this scholarship, the students will be able to upgrade their educational standards.
Another objective of launching the Mizoram Scholarship is to provide financial stability to such a student who would not be able to get paid out their admission or school fees due to poverty which results in leaving out their school and also causes dropout rates. For filling these gaps the government has launched such an initiative. The last date to apply online are variable.

Reduction In Corruption Issues
The government will reduce corruption issues by introducing Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) for providing scholarship amounts to eligible beneficiaries. Scholarships will only be provided to those students who have linked their bank account numbers with their aadhar numbers. Adoption of the DBT system can reduce corruption or malpractices among the fraudulent.

This program has been created to provide some form of guidance to students pursuing college degrees from a science background to begin their careers in the science field.
Benefits Of Mizoram Scholarship
The benefits of this scholarship are as follows:-
- Mizoram Scholarship will provide scholarship amounts to the students belonging to the under-reserved categories.

The features of this scholarship are as follows:-
