Objectives Of Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust Scholarship
The major objective of launching the Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust Scholarship is to provide or award scholarship amounts to the students belonging to the economically weaker sections or underprivileged sections by which the students will be able to carry out various courses. Each scholarship plan will offer or cover variable scholarship amounts which will secure the interest of each student pursuing any type of course. Students can apply for anyone scholarship out of the 9 offered scholarships.

Nehru Scholarships
This scholarship will be provided to students belonging to economically weaker sections of society. Students will be given proper help and support by which they will be able to carry out classes from class 1st to 12th. The academic performance of the student will be taken into consideration at the time of shortlisting the names of eligible students. This scholarship will cover major allowances such as book grants, uniform grants, and others.

Mittal Panday Scholarship Girls [Graduate]
This scholarship will be provided or awarded to the students who have just passed their class 12th. Students will be given financial help and support by which they will be able to carry out a UG degree in any course or stream. Only girl students will be allowed to carry out registration for this scholarship. Students will also need to secure minimum cut-off marks for the continuation of this scholarship for the scholarship renewal.
Scholarship Amount
The scholarship amount of Rs. 15,000/- Per Annum will be provided to the students pursuing degree courses and an amount of Rs. 20,000/- will be provided to the students pursuing Professional Courses.

- She must have passed class 12th with 70% marks.
- The student must be going to get admission to a BA degree in any field.

Mittal Panday Scholarship [Post Graduate]
This scholarship can be attained or undertaken by only those students who have just passed the UG degree in any relevant stream from any accredited university or college. Students will need to make sure that they have attained the no. of minimum marks that were required or demanded by the selection body for the continuation of this scholarship plan. This scholarship will be given till the completion of the PG degree.
Scholarship Amount
A scholarship Amount of Rs. 20,000/- will be given for the PG degree and Rs. 25,000/- for pursuing Professional courses.

Mittal Panday Scholarship [Vocational]
This scholarship will only be provided or awarded to the girl students so that they will be empowered for carrying out vocational courses or programs in any field. A target of covering around 50 girls have been set up in the form of beneficiary limitation. Girls will be given scholarships for pursuing courses such as Civil Lines, and Ludhiana vocational training. The scholarship will be given in single installment only.

Mittal Panday Scholarship [Meritorious]
This scholarship will be provided or awarded to the selected students only who have secured 1st position or rank in the class 12th board examination. Students will be given scholarships after taking into consideration the previous year’s record of academic qualification. Students of streams such as Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce & Humanities will be given scholarships to apply online. Till the completion of the degree or course, students will be given scholarship amounts.

Eligibility Criteria
- The student must be an Indian citizen.
- He or she must have passed the class 12th with 1st position in the fields of Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce & Humanities.
- The student must not be in receipt of any other such scholarship.
- The annual income limit must be Rs. 5 Lakhs.
- For those students whose annual income limit is up to Rs. 10 lakhs, a 60% scholarship amount will be rewarded to them.
Nehru Scholarship [Armed Forces]
This scholarship will only be rewarded to the children of Indian army soldiers who have died in physical casualties so that the children will be able to carry out schooling till their completion level. Students will be given scholarship amounts from classes 1st to 12th. A target of covering around 100 such students have been set up or fixed by the students.
