Objectives Of Tempus Public Foundation Scholarship

Another objective of launching this scholarship is to fulfill the dreams of students who want to pursue a higher course of studies in Hungary-located universities after getting the scholarship amount so that they will also be able to cope with their financial problems. There are around 200 Indian students who will be able to get this scholarship amount. 

Beneficiary Category

This scholarship will be provided to Indian students only because this scholarship is only meant for the residents or citizens of India who wish to pursue an MA or Ph.D. degree from Hungary Universities. The students will need first to receive or get an admission offer from the university situated in Hungary country.

Age Limit

The beneficiary category undertaken by the student and the course of study opted by the student from the respective country and university will not only be sufficient for their selection, but the students will also need to possess the age limit of 18 years that has been fixed for the selection of an eligible beneficiary.

Previous Year’s Exam Status

The student’s previous year’s exam marks will also be taken into consideration at the time of selecting the student for providing the scholarships. The students will need to secure at least 60% marks in the last year’s examination. Students who have secured these marks will be able to get scholarship enrollment.

For the successful accomplishment and implementation of this scholarship, University Grants Commission has invited applications to the students while signing an Education Exchange Program Agreement between the Ministry of Human Capital of Hungary and the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Indian Government as per the governmental provisions.
