Objectives Of Undergraduate Scholarships 2023-24 

The main objective of launching the Undergraduate Scholarships is to provide scholarships to the students such as Indian and International students so that they will be able to carry out UG degrees with the help of scholarship amounts provided to them. A list of 42 scholarships will be provided to the students in the form of choice.

Another objective of launching the Undergraduate Scholarships is to provide scholarships to students pursuing a BA or UG degree from accredited colleges or universities so that they will be able to complete their studies without facing any kind of hurdle or hindrances alone. Meritorious students will be given the scholarship preferences first.

CLP Scholarship Beneficiary Limit

A limited number of students will be selected from the major states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Telangana, and Rajasthan for the disbursement of scholarship amounts. Around 850 scholarships will be awarded for the single year which means a target of covering around 850 students have been set up by the selection body.

MEXT Scholarship Coverage

This scholarship will cover the mentioned following allowances:-

  • Monthly Stipend Allowance
  • Preparatory Allowance
  • Traveling Expenses

MEXT Scholarship Duration

The students will be given the scholarship amounts for pursuing a UG degree from the Japanese University for the stipulated amount of time in the form of scholarship duration which has been fixed by the selection body. The students will be able to receive this scholarship amount for 5 years which means the scholarship duration will be 5 years.

MEXT Scholarship Age Limit

The student must also possess the age limit that has been set up by the selection body for which this scholarship is meant otherwise the student will get debarred from getting the scholarship amount. The students who are undertaking degrees from Japanese university must possess an age limit of 17 to 25 years.

Italian Government Scholarship Age Limit

Age limits serve as selection criteria for the selection of an eligible student or beneficiary applying for the scholarship. The student must possess the age limit otherwise the student will get debarred from getting the scholarship plan. The student must belong to the age limit of 28 to 40 years.

  • Undergraduate Scholarships will be provided to both Indian and International students for carrying out studies.
  • A list of 42 scholarships will be provided to the students for applying online.
  • Variable scholarships will be offered to the student on the basis of the scholarship undertaken by the student.
  • Out of 42 scholarships, there are around 23 scholarships that have been covered for Indian students.
  • Students will be able to get admission to various universities for carrying out UG degrees.
  • There are around 19 scholarships that will be provided to International students for getting admission to UG degrees in various courses of study.
  • Some scholarships are based on fee waiver opportunities.
  • Students can also get scholarships after clearing or qualifying for the respective tests covered in this scholarship.
  • The students can apply online for the Undergraduate Scholarships before the last date.
  • Students will get a higher course of study.

Features Of Undergraduate Scholarships 2023-24

The features of this scholarship are as follows:- 

  • Undergraduate Scholarships have been launched through the active collaboration of various bodies.
  • This scholarship will be applicable to both International and Indian students.
  • There are around 42 scholarships covered in the form of subsidiary scholarship initiatives.
  • There are 2 scholarship categories named; National Level scholarships and International Level Scholarships.
  • National Level Scholarships has covered around 23 scholarships for Indian students.
  • There are around 19 scholarships covered in the 2nd category for International Students.
  • The student must be undertaking UG or Bachelor’s degree.
  • It is mandatory for the students to receive an admission offer or letter from the relevant universities.
  • The students will need to apply online for the Undergraduate Scholarships before the last date of online form submission.
  • For applying online, the students will need to visit the respective official website.  

Undergraduate Scholarships Eligibility Criteria 

The applicants will need to follow the mentioned below eligibility criteria for getting online registration under this scholarship: –

G. P. Birla ScholarshipThe student must be residing in West Bengal and must be enrolling in the UG degree in the fields such as Arts, Commerce, Architecture, Engineering or Medicine, etc.
CLP India Scholarship SchemeThe student must be a resident of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh pursuing class 10 to 12, graduation, diploma, vocational training and postgraduate courses from the recognized colleges or schools living near the CLP areas.  
Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarship SchemeThe student must be enrolled in the UG degree.
NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test (NSAT)The student must be carrying out UG and PG degrees such as BTech, BTech + MBA, BTech + MTech, MBA, BBA, BBA + MBA, BALLB, BBALLB, BAJMC courses after clearing NSAT exam.
Raman Kant Munjal ScholarshipThe student must be a beneficiary category of EWS pursuing UG and BA degrees. The student must have secured 80% in the class 10th or 12th examination and the annual income limit must be equal to Rs. 4,00,000/-.
Dr. Reddy’s Foundation Sashakt ScholarshipThe student must be a girl candidate or scholar enrolling for a bachelor’s degree in the science stream or field.
ICTS – S. N. Bhatt Memorial Excellence Fellowship ProgramThe student must be carrying out UG and PG degrees in Science, Mathematics and Engineering from the International Centre for Theoretical Sciences, Bengaluru.
ICAI Commerce WizardThe student must be pursuing classes from 9th to 12th, BBA/B.Com/BBS or Allied Subjects and he or she will need to clear the ICAI Commerce Wizard.
The Anant FellowshipThe student must have got admission to the Anant National University carrying out degrees in the fields of architecture, design, planning, environmental science and engineering, and civil and construction engineering.
Keep India Smiling Foundational Scholarship ProgrammeThis scholarship will be applicable to the students carrying out class 11th, BDS course and UG degree. The students will need to secure at least 60% to 75% marks in the last year’s examination and the annual income limit must be Rs. 5,00,000/-.
Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS), J&KThe student must belong to the Jammu and Kashmir state belonging to the SC/ST/SEBC communities carrying out a professional or technical course of studies from the AICTE-approved colleges and their annual income must not exceed Rs. 8,00,000/-.
LSAT India Law ScholarshipThe student must be an Indian and have scored the highest marks in the LSAT exam carrying out a law course in the UG or PG degree.
Azim Premji University Undergraduate ScholarshipThe student must have passed the class 12th exam with 50% of the minimum marks and now he or she must be pursuing an Ug degree falling under the age group of 19 years.
UPESEAT B.Tech Scholarship, UPESThe student must have passed class 10th or 12th with a score of 85% with the subject combination of PCM.
MMIT Engineering ScholarshipThe student must have cleared the class 12th examination and now he or she must have secured a good rank in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) and pursuing a B.Tech degree from the Marathwada Mitramandal’s Institute of Technology (MMIT).
All India Youth Scholarship Entrance Examination (AIYSEE)The student must have passed the All India Youth Scholarship Entrance Examination (AIYSEE) and now must be enrolling in the medical course in the degree study while passing class 12th.
KIITEE Merit ScholarshipThe student must have passed the class 12th with marks of 60% having major subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and now he or she must be getting admission to the B.Tech course from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) after passing the KIITEE.  
National Entrance Screening Test (NEST)The student must be pursuing a UG degree in various courses from the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar after passing the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST).
HP Udaan Scholarship ProgramThe student must have passed class 10th or 12th with the 50% of the minimum marks and must be undertaking ITI Courses or Diploma courses and must have an annual income limit of Rs. 4,00,000/-.
ONGC Scholarship to Meritorious SC/ST StudentsThe student must belong to the SC or ST category carrying out MBBS, Engineering, MBA, and Masters in Geology or Geophysics from the recognized universities or colleges and the annual income limit must be Rs. 4,50,000/- and the student must have secured at least 60% marks in the last year’s examination.
Foundation for Excellence ScholarshipThe student must be undertaking degrees in the courses such as Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy & Law have passed the class 12th from CBSE/ICSE board while securing 70% marks and their annual income limit must be Rs. 3,00,000/-.
INSPIRE Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE)The student must have passed the 12th class and must have secured ranks in any one test out of the JEE of IIT, AIPMT, NEET and KVPY  for getting admission to the National and Basic Sciences courses.
Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarships for Undergraduate StudentsThe student must be an Indian citizen getting admission to Japan University carrying out a UG degree in the fields of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Natural Science belonging to the age limit of 17 to 25 years securing proficiency in the English language.
Chinese Government ScholarshipThis scholarship will be provided to students pursuing degrees from Chinese universities.
The Rhodes Scholarships for India, University of OxfordThe student must be an Indian citizen enrolling at Oxford University for carrying out a PG degree after getting an admission offer.
Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP)The student must have received an admission offer from the Korean University and must be pursuing UG and PG degrees.
Trinity College Dublin Scholarship, IrelandThe student must be pursuing UG and PG degrees from Trinity College Dublin after receiving an admission offer.

Tianjin Government Scholarship ProgramThe student must be a non-Chinese student or resident receiving an admission offer from the Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE) for carrying out a UG Degree belonging to the age limit of 30 to 35 years.

Guangdong Government Outstanding Foreign Student ScholarshipThis scholarship will be provided to students who are non-Chinese residents or citizens pursuing BA, MA and Ph.D. degrees from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) and having good attendance records.
Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship Business SchoolThe student must be pursuing a BA or BSc degree from the University of Exeter after getting or receiving an admission offer or letter while securing GCE A level grades A*,A,A or International Baccalaureate 38 points.
Dean’s Indian Scholarship, University of StrathclydeThe student must hold the citizenship of Indian and must be enrolling in the PG or UG degree at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow on a full-time basis.
Tel Aviv University Summer Program ScholarshipThe student must be undertaking UG and PG courses of studies from Tel Aviv University after receiving an admission offer while securing a minimum GPA of 80 on a scale of 100 or 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 or equivalent.
