Objectives of Border Area Scholarship Meghalaya 2023
The primary objective of launching the Border Area Scholarship Meghalaya is to provide financial help and support to the students living or residing in the village regions of border areas situated in the state of Meghalaya so that they will be inspired to pursue a higher course of studies without looking at their financial instability.
Another objective of launching the Border Area Scholarship Meghalaya is to provide social security provisions to the students belonging to the economically backward classes so that they will be able to uplift their educational standards without suffering from financial risks. On the basis of classes, the students will be able to receive the scholarship amount.
Beneficiary Category
The Department of Education as a superior body has also set up some limitations on the category of the beneficiary to which the student will be considered eligible for getting the scholarship amounts.
