Bright Futures Scholarship

Objectives Of Bright Futures Scholarship
The major objective of launching the Bright Futures Scholarship is to provide scholarships to students on the basis of their merit performance by which they will be able to get admission to the University of Florida in order to carry out a UG or Bachelor’s degree in the o offered fields.
Another objective of launching the Bright Futures Scholarship is to offer lottery-based scholarships to the high academically meritorious students by which they will be able to continue their studies after the completion of their high schooling. The students will be given scholarships for enrolling in at least six credit hours per semester.
Beneficiary Category
This scholarship will be awarded only to those students who have fulfilled the parameters of the beneficiary category for which this scholarship has been launched. This scholarship will be provided to students who want to carry out an undergraduate or bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida after receiving an admission offer or letter.

There are 3 scholarship award levels as follows:-

- Florida Medallion Scholars (FMS)
- Florida Gold Seal Vocational Scholars (GSV)
