Objectives of Lead Fellowship
The major objective of launching the Lead Fellowship is to provide leadership positions and ranks to female or women applicants by which they will be able to get health and medical facilities offered to them at the global level. Selected fellows will be given access to coaching, mentorship, speaking engagements, executive education courses, workshops, meetings, events, and networking.
Another objective of launching the Lead Fellowship is to grant fellowship amounts to the selected female applicants for the tenure or duration of 1 year or 12 months by which they will be able to carry out various opportunities offered to them at the time of providing the fellowship program.
