Objectives Of IET India Scholarship Awards
The major objective of launching the IET India Scholarship Awards is to award scholarship amounts to the students so that they will be inspired for carrying out technical or engineering studies after getting financial help and support. Students will be given scholarship amounts ranging from Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-. There are 2 categories that have been made for awarding scholarships.
Another objective of launching the IET India Scholarship Awards is to provide scholarship rewards to the students by which they will be able to carry out B.Tech or B.E degrees from the colleges/universities/institutions approved by the UGC and AICTE. Students enrolling in any year of this degree will be given scholarship rewards. Certificates will also be provided to them along with the cash prize.
Beneficiary Category
It is only after gaining or possessing the beneficiary category that the students will be able to carry out scholarship rewards provided to them. This scholarship will be provided or granted only to those students who are pursuing B.E or B. Tech degree from the AICTE/UGC-approved colleges/institutions located in India. The selection parameter will also be taken into consideration.

Minimum Marks Cut-Off
The students will need to make sure that they have attained the minimum marks cut-off required in the last semester exam by which they will be able to continue their scholarship amounts when the scholarship duration has been completed. Each student will need to secure at least 60% marks in the last semester exam. On the basis of this, they will get a renewal.
IET India Scholarship Awards Selection Procedure
The selection procedure will be carried out in 4 stages. Students will be shortlisted on the basis of application forms submitted by them. Then the shortlisted students will need to carry out an online test consisting of 50 MCQs. Students who have passed this test will be called for the Regional Level Assessment. Here, the students will be given a topic for representation in front of a jury. The final selection will be based on their presentation performance.
