JC Bose National Fellowship 2023
The Science & Engineering Board has launched the JC Bose National Fellowship for awarding the fellowship amounts to the outstanding scientists undertaking research and post-doctoral research in the subject areas of Science & Engineering fields so that they will be able to complete their research without facing any kind of financial obstacles. A fellowship amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be provided to the students.
Scientists carrying out research in the fields of science and engineering subjects can get the fellowship amount of Rs. 25,000/- on a monthly basis after applying online under the JC Bose National Fellowship. The applicants will need to apply for this fellowship before the last date. The applicant must be a scientist.

Objectives of JC Bose National Fellowship 2023
The main objective of launching the JC Bose National Fellowship is to provide fellowship amounts to the Scientists undertaking research-based studies in the Science & Engineering fields so that they will be able to carry out their studies despite dealing with their financial problems. Students will also be motivated for undertaking Ph.D. or Research-based programs.
Another objective of launching the JC Bose National Fellowship is to provide fellowship amounts to the scientists having outstanding records in the form of rewards or honors so that they will be able to get the fellowship amounts for the contribution they have made to their research field of science and engineering. This fellowship will cover the contingency grants and overhead charges on an annual basis.
Beneficiary Category
This fellowship will be provided or applicable to the fellow who has fulfilled the parameters of the beneficiary category. The fellow must be a scientist holding the specified age limit. The scientist must be working in any recognized institute holding a good track of research field in the Science field. The outstanding performance of the scientist will be taken into consideration.

Rate of Fellowship

An amount of Rs. 15, 00,000/- Per Annum will be provided to the students in the form of a Research Grant.
