Objectives of NTA Scholarship

The major objective of launching the NTA Scholarship is to promote inclusivity in education. It specifically targets students from marginalized backgrounds, including Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and De-Notified, Nomadic & Semi Nomadic Tribes (DNT/S-NT) categories. Parental Annual Income Limit 

It is also on the basis of the annual income limit that the names of eligible beneficiaries will be shortlisted for awarding the benefit of this scheme. The applicants will also need to possess the prescribed annual income limit. The annual income limit of the eligible beneficiary must be Rs. 2,50,000/-. If it exceeds, the applicants will also get disqualified from getting the benefit of this scheme.

Important Instructions For Document Submission 

The important instructions issued for document submission are as follows:- 

  • Recent photograph:- It should have 80% face visibility, including ears, against a white background.
  • Photograph and signature format:- Both should be in JPG/JPEG format and clearly legible.
  • Photograph size:- It should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
  • Signature size:- It should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
  • Category Certificate:- Upload in PDF format, size should be between 50 kb to 300 kb.
  • Income Certificate:- In PDF format, the size should be between 50 kb to 300 kb.
