Eligible girls who have passed the 12th-grade examination conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Board will be considered for the scholarship.

Beneficiary Category

This scholarship will be provided only to those students who have fulfilled the beneficiary category for which this scholarship has been launched or released. The students will need to make sure that they have attained the required beneficiary category. This scholarship will be provided only to female students who have recently passed the class 12th examination living in Himachal Pradesh.

Total No. of Scholarships

It is only on the basis of the total no of scholarships that the scholarship body or authority will be able to provide the scholarships to the selected no of students. There are around 2000 students who will be female students that will be given the scholarships so this will be the scholarship target that will be provided to around 2000 female students.

Kalpana Chawla Scholarship Amount

The rate of scholarship that will be provided or awarded to the students has already been fixed in advance so that the students will be able to get or receive the scholarships on time. The rate of scholarship will be Rs. 15,000/- that will be soon awarded or granted to the students.
