MP Scholarship 2024-25

There are around 7 subsidiary scholarships that has been launched for the residents of MP State under MP Scholarship. Each scholarship will be offereing or granting variable scholarship amounts based on the choice of student that has been applied by the student. Variable last dates will be mentioned for each scholarship.

The MP Scholarship was presented with the active participation of the Madhya Pradesh government, departments of higher education, and technical and skill development. This will allow the students to receive the scholarship amounts for enrolling in pre- and post-matric classes. Students who identify as OBC, ST, or SC will be entitled to register.

Objectives Of MP Scholarship

The main objective of launching the Madhya Pradesh Scholarship is to support or provide financial assistance to the students belonging to the OBC/EBC category so that they will be encouraged to pursue higher/technical/professional courses from recognized universities after availing of this scholarship opportunity delivered to them. DBT mode will be used for transferring the scholarship amount.

Another objective of launching the Madhya Pradesh Scholarship is to provide motivation to the students residing in the MP state so that they will be able to pursue a higher course of studies without suffering from financial instability. Students will be offered around 7 scholarships in the form of a list for applying. The students will be able to carry out higher studies.

Annual Income Limit

The annual income limit of the student’s family must not exceed the rate of annual income limit that has been specified by the selection body. The parental annual income of the student must be between Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 2,50,000/- according to the caste or category to which the student belongs.

Minimum Marks Required

The students will need to secure the prescribed or mentioned minimum marks in order to secure admission to the next or next class. The students can obtain or secure minimum marks of 60% in the examination of last year. Students who have secured these marks will be able to get the scholarship registration as well as selection.

Benefits Of MP Scholarship Scheme

The benefits of this scholarship are as follows: –

Students pursuing post-matric classes will be able to get the scholarship amounts after getting online registration under the MP Scholarship.
There are around 6 scholarships that will be provided to the students for carrying out their financial help and support needs.
Students belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC communities.
Some of the scholarships are based on a fee-concession or reimbursement payment basis.
This will secure the interests of the students residing in Madhya Pradesh state.
Girls will be given financial assistance of Rs. 525/- on a monthly basis.
Students who have qualified for the selection procedure will be given the scholarship amounts.
Financial assistance of Rs. 12,000/- will be provided to the students of class 9^th on an annual basis.
The students will need to apply online under the Madhya Pradesh Scholarship before the last date of online form submission.
For scholarship renewal, the students will also be given the opportunity.

Features Of Madhya Pradesh Scholarship

The features of this scholarship are as follows: –

The State Government of MP has launched the Madhya Pradesh Scholarship.
There are a total of 10 scholarships that will be served to the students in the form of subsidiary scholarship initiatives.
The student must be a resident of MP.
The student must belong to the SC, OBC, and ST communities.
Students pursuing medical, engineering, PG, and ITI courses will be given scholarship amounts of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/-.
The scholarship amount provided to the students will cover the major allowances.
50% to 100% fee reimbursement will be given to the students enrolling in the Post Matric Scholarship for ST.
Model Higher Secondary School Girl Scholarship will cover tuition fees, uniform fees, and nutritional diet fees.

Eligibility Criteria Under MP Scholarship

The applicants will need to follow the mentioned eligibility criteria for applying online under this scholarship: –

Post Matric Scholarship For SC Students	This scholarship will be provided to the students belonging to the SC students pursuing classes from 11th to Ph.D. degree having an annual income limit of Rs. 2.50/- Lakhs.
Post Matric Scholarship For OBC Students	OBC students must be pursuing post-secondary classes while attaining an annual income of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme	The student must be pursuing class 9^th while securing 55% marks in the class 8^th exam having an annual income limit of Rs. 1.5 lakhs.
Chief Minister Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY)	The student’s parents must be working in unorganized sectors and the students must be enrolling in undergraduate, postgraduate, polytechnic, diploma, or ITI programs.
Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Yojana (MMJKY)	The student must be a girl candidate pursuing classes 6^th, 9^th, and 11^th belonging to the SC category and must have secured 60% minimum marks in the last year’s examination.
Model Higher Secondary Schools and Girls Education Complex Scholarship Scheme	The student must be a girl candidate pursuing classes 6^th, 9^th and 11^th belonging to the SC category and must have secured 60% minimum marks in the last year’s examination.
Pratibha Kiran Scholarship	The applicant must be girls student living in a rural area who has passed the class 12th exam with 60% marks and now going to pursue a college degree in various fields.
Gaon Ki Beti Scholarship	The applicant must be girls student living in a rural area who has passed the class 12th exam with 60% marks and now going to pursue a college degree in various fields.
Vikramaditya Free Education Scheme	The applicant must belong to the EWS categories or BPL community and have passed the class 12^th exam with 60% marks and the annual income limit must not exceed Rs. 1,20,000/-.
