MPTAAS Scholarship
The Department of Tribal Affairs & Department of SC Welfare, M.P. has launched the Madhya Pradesh Tribal Affairs Automation System Scholarship by which the students belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC communities will be able to get the scholarship amounts after applying for pursuing classes 11th, 12th, UG, PG and Ph.D., M.Phil degree in various fields.
Both scholars and hostelers will be given or granted variable scholarship amounts on the basis of the course or degree undertaken by them after getting online registration offered under the MPTAAS Scholarship. This will promote the adoption of higher studies among socially-deprived students. Scholarship amounts ranging from Rs. 230/- to Rs. 1500/- will be provided to the students.

Objectives Of MPTAAS Scholarship
The major objective of launching the MPTAAS Scholarship is to provide scholarship amounts in the form of financial help and support to the students belonging to underprivileged communities such as SC, ST, and OBC by which they will be able to carry out or pursue higher studies after getting the scholarship amounts offered to them.
Another objective of launching the MPTAAS Scholarship is to redress the problems of dropout rates among marginalized or socially-deprived communities so that they will get equal access to educational opportunities. Hostelers will be given or granted slightly higher scholarship amounts as compared to the scholars. The course or degree undertaken by the student will define the scholarship amounts.
Beneficiary Category
The students will need to possess or attain the beneficiary category for which this scholarship has been launched. The students who are going to apply online for this scholarship will need to know that this scholarship will be applicable to the students belonging to the communities of SC, ST, and OBC.

Parental Annual Income Limit
The annual income limit of the family or parent must not exceed what has been determined or prescribed by the selection body that must be attained by the student. The student must possess or attain an annual income limit of Rs. 6,00,000/-. If it exceeds, the student will get disqualified.
Benefits Of MPTAAS Scholarship
The benefits of this scholarship are as follows:-
- This scholarship will provide higher studies to students belonging to underprivileged communities.
