The SBI Bank has launched the SBI Youth for India Fellowship so that students who have passed their Bachelor’s degree and are aged between 21 to 30 years have been able to join the fellowship to gain professional experience while working in rural areas. SBI Youth for India Fellowship is a program that allows young people to work on rural development projects in India for one year. Objectives Of SBI Youth for India Fellowship

The major objective of launching the SBI Youth for India Fellowship is to redress the issues of rural development areas so that they will be able to develop further. The students with BA degrees will also be able to get some form of employment. The students will be hired in the listed villages to carry out work.

Another objective of launching the SBI Youth for India Fellowship is to provide a fellowship amount of Rs. 15,000/- on a monthly basis so that the fellows will be able to get some form of incentive for investing their time. The fellows will be able to get the fellowship amounts for the duration of 13 months. One can apply online before the last date.

Beneficiary Category

SBI Youth for India Fellowship Duration

The duration of the fellowship program will be 13 months for which the fellowship amounts will be provided to the fellows.

SBI Youth for India Fellowship Selection Procedure

It is only after the completion of the selection procedure, the students will get the fellowship amounts. The students will be called for the interview round first. The venue and timings of the interview will be shared with each fellow via Email & SMS service. After passing this interview stage, the endorsement letter will be given to the fellows for carrying out this fellowship.

Important Guidelines

• The fellows will need to work or stay in the delegated location or venue full-time.
• The fellows will not be given part-time work to do.
• The job after the completion of this fellowship will not be guaranteed.

• When answering the essay questions in the application form, applicants have 60 minutes to provide responses for all three questions.
