Objectives Of Tamil Nadu Scholarship
The major objective of launching the Tamilnadu Scholarship is to provide financial funds to the students residing in the TN state so that their education will not be hindered. Here the Government of Tamilnadu strives to provide free-of-cost education to the student or beneficiary of each kind of category such as PWD, MBC, BC and DNC, and others. Many scholarships have been covered under the Tamilnadu Government for providing free-of-cost education to students studying for college-level degrees, Polytechnic degrees, and professional degrees.
Inclusion Of PWD As An Applicant
The state government of Tamilnadu not only have provided the benefits of the scheme means scholarship scheme to the students belonging to the minority community as well as SC and ST community but they have also expanded the benefits of the scholarship schemes to the students or applicants who fall under the category of Person With Disability having 40% of disability mark.
Annual Income Limit Under Tamil Nadu Scholarship
Whether it is a scholarship or a scheme, the annual income limit is always taken into consideration by the scholarship disbursement body at the time of making the scholarship payment. The student’s annual income limit must be between Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 2,00,000/-. These values must not be exceeded.
