The major objective of launching the Indian Administrative Fellowship is to offer experienced individuals from the private sector an opportunity to work within the government. It is a substantial program that spans up to 18 months and is open to those with over 15 years of private sector experience. It presents a valuable growth opportunity for Indian citizens.

  • The last round of interviews will be with Principal Secretaries, who will work closely with the Fellows.

The selected fellows will need to go through this fellowship program according to the fellowship duration that has been fixed or set up by the selection body. The duration of the fellowship will be 18 months (1 Year and 6 Months). The fellows will need to generate fruitful outcomes about the strategic plans taken into consideration by the selection body.

Fellows will work from the city where their respective secretariats or ministry offices are situated. The extent of travel required will vary based on the department or division they’re working with and the project’s specific focus.

Consistent Commitment of Government Fellows

Each Fellow is associated with a specific division or department. Even if the head of that division or department changes, the Fellow continues working on their assigned project, collaborating with the new official. If a project gets terminated, the Fellow will transition to a different project for the remaining program duration after consulting with the Project Advisor.
