If you get a 4-year scholarship, benefits start in your freshman year upon passing fitness and medical exams. For a 3-year scholarship, benefits begin in your sophomore year, contingent on meeting fitness, academic, and health requirements. The final decision rests with the Professor of Military Science at UNG.
